Child Psychologist Central Coast
Where creativity meets psychological clarity, and parental vision meets action.
Holistic and evidence based therapeutic approaches which aim to engage children in the session while the psychologist identifies patterns, unhelpful belief systems, core roots of anxiety & behavioural difficulties.
For ADHD and ASD, we support children from a behavioural, skill development therapeutic approach, rather than medication alone.
Our Approach to Child Psychology
Supporting children who feel too much, shut down, or struggle to cope — and helping parents feel confident again.
Children communicate in different ways. Some children can talk openly about what they are experiencing, while others communicate through behaviour, play, humour, withdrawal or avoidance.
Our work with children is therefore tailored to their developmental stage, personality and individual needs.
Depending on the child and presenting concerns, therapy may incorporate approaches such as CBT, therapeutic play, sand tray work and other evidence-based psychological strategies.
